IDEA Universal is a transparent and independent non-profit organization that has transformed the lives of 500,000 people through sustainable development programs in Asia and Africa.

IDEA Universal was founded with universal values in Turkey by Hayri Dağlı who is working for a fairer world for 15 years and a group of volunteers.

The “Smart Villages” project, which received the innovation award, has been featured in the domestic and foreign media and is the subject of the TRT “Water Wars” documentary series.

With your contribution, it is continuing to work hard to found a world in which no one is needing its help, and hoping to be closed down one day.

Contract Title; Kick Off Meeting Organisation, İstanbul, Türkiye

The kickoff meeting, will be organized by IDEA Universal in Istanbul that serves to
formally launch the project, establish the management and decision-making
structures and facilitate an initial exchange of ideas and plans among the project
partners. This meeting is crucial for setting the activity plan and direction of the
project and ensuring all partners are aligned with the project’s goals and operational
strategies. The meeting will be held on 29-30 and 31 July 2024. Accordingly, an
organization service will be purchased to conduct the relevant meeting.

Başlangıç toplantısı, BSB354 ecosySTEM projesini resmi olarak başlatmak, yönetim ve
karar alma yapılarını oluşturmak ve proje ortakları arasında fikir ve deneyim
alışverişini kolaylaştırmak için IDEA Universal tarafından İstanbul’da düzenlenecektir.
Bu toplantı, projenin faaliyet planını ve yönünü belirlemek ve tüm ortakların projenin
hedefleri ve operasyonel stratejisi ile uyumlu olarak geliştirilmesi için hayati öneme
sahiptir. Toplantı, 29-30 ve 31 Temmuz 2024 tarihlerinde gerçekleştirilecektir. Buna
uygun olarak, ilgili toplantının gerçekleştirilmesi için organizasyon hizmeti satın
alınacaktır.

As the International Development and Environment Association – IDEA Universal, we continue to work non-stop to relieve the pain caused by the 6 February earthquakes.

IDEA Life Stations, which we have developed to meet the water, energy and internet access needs in the earthquake zone, provide a holistic and sustainable solution.

With each IDEA Life Station, 3000 people have access to purified drinking water which is purified in 8 stages in accordance with World Health Organization standards. It also provides electricity and internet from solar energy at critical times.
